The BBWDs and the Wood Ducks were fighting over the same hollow palm stump. I wondered if the BBWDs had laid eggs in the stump. It was no surprise when the first one turned out to be a Black Bellied Whistling Duck. I never made it there yesterday. Missed them jump from the stump this morning by 10 minutes. There are three BBWD and three WDs.
