March 17th Happy St-Patricks day to all my Irish Nikonites friends

Stuck around the house since Line can't walk after her foot surgery so I went outside to catch the last (well I hope so) snowfall.

I've got a few more to put in the bank for this St-Patricks day. A few river shots and Hydro line.

On my way to work, I saw this amazing little house with a red roof and had to stop to capture it on my D600 sensor.

nice little house.jpg

Got to the piano and OUCH! In piano work, where alignment and regulation can make or destroy the tone, this is what I found from a previous "Tooner".

S&S A hammer job.jpg

An then going back home, I saw a herd of deer crossing the street in front of me. By the time I changed lenses most of them had left, but I got this one:

March 20th. Line my GF is going through her passed mother's things and found this manuscript written by her great grand-mother. I found the script quality amazing. I guess in those days, young students really had to learn how to write, and I'm not talking about the spelling here. I think that they did have to practice how to write each letter. Now-days, anything goes as long as it doesn't take too much effort.

Ah, it feels good to rant. :)

part of a roof? I really love the photo of your lamp.

Thanks Chryssie.

If you want to know what it was in the photo, just tilt your head 90 degrees to your right and you should see it. I thought it made it look a lot stranger to rotate the picture 90 degrees.

Have a nice day.

Marcel, that is an amazing script... Lost art for sure... Definitely worth hanging onto that!
