March 7th, Frosty's last days

Well, my mother in law passed away Tuesday night and it's been a relief as well as a shock. I'm slowly getting some of my life back with all the commotion and got this pic just in front of my postal box. I just couldn't let this one melt before immortalizing it.

Marcel,

Sorry to hear about the loss of your mother-inlaw.

Glad to see that you have not lost your photographic humor, though. Love the snowman.

March 9th. A sun ray seems to attract the cat right on the dining-room table:

I've thought of this shot for a while and just took the time to stop today and just take it.

March 11th,

Almost a medical picture today. Line will be in surgery to have that nasty foot problem relieved. They will cut some bones, insert a pin and close it up. I'll be her caretaker for a few weeks while she won't be able to walk. We finished emptying her mom's apartment yesterday and we're hoping that spring will bring us better days. I hope I won't shock you with this picture or her foot before the surgery.

Marcel, I hope the surgery goes smooth and is successful. That looks painful, may she have a speedy and complete recovery!

Thanks Pat. I sure hope it all goes well. She was supposed to have surgery a month ago. She went and they kept her waiting until 2pm to let her know that they just couldn't do it that day. So it's today. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks for the thoughts.
