Perhaps someday you could write up a review comparing the 14-24 and 16-35? Besides the obvious differences, it would be nice to have a user comparison.

I'll keep that in mind. I didn't expect to get this lens but I found an ad on kijiji that made me save quite a bit of money. I just couldn't resist. It was bought last summer and is in new condition.

I'll try to do the same landscape with both lenses next week, but I'm not sure we'll be able to really see the difference with the screen resolution of our forum. Maybe I'll do crops of 100%, I'll see what I can do.

So far, I just can say that it is one sharp lens. Maybe the sharpest I have.

The first pic with the sky really draws my eye and I keep wanting to look at it. I also like the close up of the ice on falls that is some great ice!

Had to take my mom to a physiotherapist and I had about half an hour to kill. So I went for a little stroll but only had the D7000 with the 300 F4.

So here are a few shots from an otherwise very grey and rainy day.
