Went to Lexington, Ky to my Mothers to celebrate my birthday with family. Went for a little bit of a walk around the neighborhood to look at the flowering trees. Great day!

I went out on the porch with the 200-500 and the D7200 to watch the birds today. Started with a couple Redwings

Not those Roy... The ones you have to worry about are the Grey and Blue ones with the Kentucky State Police insignia on the side. They fly over this time of year to keep the farmers honest...

More playing with the D700. I am really starting to like this camera. I like the low light performance and I just like the feel of it. I do love the D7200 but I am starting to leave the 200-500 on it and play with the 24mm 2.8D and the 50mm 1.8D and the 70-200 2.8 Tamron on the D700

your growing season must start much earlier than here. Dea waits till mid summer to do its flights. Caught my neighbor and his friends growing "medical" plants.

It does start pretty early and the road I live on is a favorite fly-by zone. They have had some creative farming near the river, about 3 miles east of my home.

There was a playground full of things to get into and he was stuck under the awning. He was not happy. The rain did let up a bit though and the smiles came back. He is one of my buddies. He likes to take my cane and walk off with and laugh...
