So I finally got around to attaching the new 16-80mm to the D500 for some daylight hour shots. Specifically, golden hour shots. And surprise, surprise, it was Dell who was the willing subject! Couldn't resist as he craned his head around following a flying beetle of some sort, especially as he was often facing directly into the setting sun. I absolutely loved how fast this lens focused, and the clarity I got. Can't wait to get more practice with it.

Hey thanks Brent! Yeah, it's the Nikkor lens that came with the D500 kit. Still gotta get used to it, but so far I'm lovin' her
