Just back from vacation and will be posting some shots over the next few days. Here are a few random ones from our drive out to the coast.

Here are some from Cannon Beach Oregon. It is really a nice little town, and a beautiful beach.

I didn't have my tripod at this moment so i just set it on my camera bag and tried to level the horizon the best i could, 2 other attempts didn't turn out very straight.

Here are some from the Newport Aquarium. these I had to manual focus due to the slightly scuffed up 3 inch thick plexiglass, it was giving the AF lots of trouble.

Thank you Marcel, I was planning on buying the 300 F4, but now I am in love with the 300 2.8. It Will take a year to save up that much but it is worth it. I was very impressed with how it performed with the 1.7 teleconverter. Really a do all lens imo.
