nice shots Pete, i havent saw an osprey in a while, i may go to Lake Skinner tomorrow to see if i can catch one.

Got a tiny bird feeding on a worm.

The Kenko 1.4 TC is pretty good, and it comes in handy for tiny creatures you can't get close to. 700mm and still a 50% crop.. (which is my crop limit. won't go over it . No sir!)

Why does the EXIF list it as 600mm? Are you sure you were zoomed out all the way?

I guess I wasn't. Good catch. The heat was getting to me I guess.:confused: Lost a 100 mms. I'll check the rest. I have about seven more with this bird.

Looks like all my bird/worm shots are at 600mm.:mad:

Maybe do a few test shots tomorrow to make sure the EXIF is correct?
