Re: Wud's project 365 I don't know that I would have looked to darken it to hide it as much as to obscure it as much as possible. Without seeing the unedited shot I don't know just how possible that is, but (I'll save you my example) I did a quick edit with PSE 9 (all I have on this machine)...

2014-081: My Nephew's wedding. I was there in a purely unofficial capacity, but got asked to "supplement" the photographer (a family friend). I was glad to do it, but I know that I'm definitely not made for this kind of work.

2014-080: Traveled from Ft. Myers to Deland, FL today for my nephew's wedding. What usually takes 3 1/2 hours took almost 6 today thanks to wall to wall traffic from Tampa to North of Orlando. Accidents everywhere. So, the photos I'd planned at the rehearsal dinner wound up being empty...

It would have to be this one, as much for how much I learned taking and editing it as for how I feel about the end result.
