These 4 shots withe 18-55mm at 55m. I get much much closer with this lens.

These were 4 shots taken with the 50mm 1.8 manual focus. This is about as close I can get with it.

Non HDR. Took the original 0EV file to Lightroom and adjusted it to my taste.

Did some adjusting in Photomatix after I merged the 3 NEF files, then took it to Lightroom for a final touch up.

I'm dual booting Win7 with Elementary OS. Been using Darktable when I'm on my Linux partition. I don't have any questions about it, just wanted to see if anyone else is using it.

Been looking at Snapfish and Shutterfly. The wife wants some prints to frame and hang on the wall of some of my flower photos that I have shot. My question is do I have to crop these photos if I want a 12x12 print?
