I've been working on this project of photographs of piano persons and have stumbled on the use of Photomatix to process single shots into the HDR. look. These are examples of the look of normal and the HDR. What is your preference? HDR look: Normal processing:

I've played around with street shots from Budapest and Vienna. Opening single file with Photomatix, I came to what I find interesting atmosphere. Vienna at dusk Budapest And a Fall picture from the river in my neighborhood

You could leave some color on the bird's wings as well. There is a slight blue cast on them that would add something to the depth of the wings.

There was an elevator and some stairs that took us up the dome in this church. I guess these were left after renos were made. This was very impressing to be able to see the ceiling paintings up close.

Ok, this is just MY opinion, so feel free to take it with many grains of salt if you have to. The crop is too wide and the model's nose is right in the center of the image. Also her right shoulder has a funny shape with her arm behind, the cropping could get rid of this. I find the color cast...

I wasn't looking for honesty at all. I just thought it you could have gone a little further. I took the liberty of trying out something to see if I could get what I was looking for and this is what I came up with. I hope you won't mind my retouching your photo.

Here are 2 pictures taken from a night cruise on the Danube in Budapest. These should have been posted yesterday but I came back too late.

Just as I was driving home from work, the firemen's rescue team were by the river with the police and all the commotion. I was able to catch this image. I have no clue if anyone was injured or worse, but seems this lady was glad to be out of the water and still more than a little shook up.

Two shots from Budapest. The first one took me a few trials. I was waiting to have someone walk in front of the window poster of the laughing girls and then this lady cop came through and I just couldn't believe my luck. The other is just a view of the city by day.
