November 13th, had to take a picture of my new waterproof Ricoh WG-4. Just a quick shot on the countertop.

Just bought myself a waterproof (45 feet) camera. Thought this one had best features for the money.

Just another shot with the X10. I'm not using it as much as I'd like, but I find it interesting to be able to do close-ups in a pinch as well as general photography.

Here's mine taken this morning at the cemetery.

November 12th is a dark rainy day up here in Canada. I stopped at the cemetery for a few B&W shots. And a piano person that I had to process in B&W because of mixed lighting that I just couldn't make right.

Got this shot from an old decrepit reservoir that I had seen. I went back 3 times just to get there at the right time for the shadow to increase the dramatic effect.

Day 2

OK then I'll post my "SKY" 2 picture. Just after I posted my entry to the weekly "SKY" challenge, the sky just got better. So I switched lens and got this one for my daily pic, since the Santa was shot last sunday.

Just fresh from my D700 and front door view: God's playing Tic-Tac-Toe again.

This 180 2.8 is a real surprise for me. I never thought a lens could be so sharp. Here is a color version of my second entry in the B&W square Assignment. Oh, I forgot to add that the bokeh is a little weird on this because I was shooting through a fence.
