Cold cold cold, did I say cold morning. -27 C out with the Df and 24-120 until my fingers froze for morning light captures.
Just imagine what this working guy must endure.
Nice capture for the mood, but I think there is way too much space to the left. Here is how I'd crop this shot if it was mine. I hope you don't mind. If you do, please just tell me and I'll remove my post.
January 24th started with another cat picture this time with a different attitude.
And some more icicles but with the X-10 which is really handy for close-ups.
I'll try to make myself a resolution to which whenever I post a picture with a non-Nikon camera, I'll have to post one made with a Nikon on the same day.
So here's a sunset on the frozen river near my house. Someone asked me if the river was frozen a while back, so here's the answer.
Well the day was mostly spent indoors, doing some book keeping, had my snowblower repaired and did errands. But, just as twilight came about, I took the Df and 16-35 out for a few shots.
Re: Fuji X10. Yes I know it's not a Nikon
This is the day I missed since I was working inside all day at the university... It hit me when I got out.
A sunny day makes me think of Kodachrome and Paul Simon.
Well, the temperature just got warmer all of a sudden so things are dripping. As much as I tried to get a drop just getting away from an icicle, I just missed and missed. So this is the best I came up with.
