    Eyelight's Rest of the Story

Here is the same little sparrow that failed miserably to launch my Monthly Assignment Domination. Look close and you can see his little beak don't line up. Poor wittle fewwow.

    Monthly assignment moderators

@Woodyg3 has a good point on the lagging of likes. Could leave the thread open for a week, and encourage everyone to view and like. Just thinking out loud here and maybe offer a useful idea.

    Insects with non macro lenses

I had this posted in my blog I think, but it fits. I looked thru the last few days. It's hard not to like a picture of a bug. I don't know why.

Eyelight's First Click of the Day

A little bit of an odd first click, but hey, sometimes the first click is a little bit odd. Different ideas out there in the world about using filters to protect the lens. This is why you need a filter if you routinely shoot in hostile environments. This is a CP filter on my 55-200mm with a...

    Eyelight's Rest of the Story

It was night. These are flash shots. This showed up like an eye in the flashlight beam from maybe 30-40 feet away. Here is the uncropped first image.

    Eyelight's Rest of the Story

Alien egg?? This glowed green in the flashlight like and eyeball. When it did not move, I investigated. Kind of looks like a drop of water, but water drops don't glow green. Seen from the side. Seen from above.
