Morning close-ups in the backyard.

Morning light on our tomatoes. Downtown Sherbrooke for our PhotoClub 365 project. Photo has to be taken from the same spot by all participants. We have a Google doc to reserve a day and then we'll see how the whole thing turns out at the end of the 365 days.

I wanted to compare my results of the D810 vs D7200 so I did a few with similar (2000) iso. Previous post was 7200. I think the D810 focusses faster than the D7200 but it's kind of hard to really judge.

High iso and heavy crop make for a loss of sharpness, but I feel I'm still getting acceptable images. These Hummingbirds are so small and fast that I consider myself lucky to even get them in the frame when they are not on the feeder.

Playing around to freeze small flowers from the backyard, I thought it would look nice on a plain background.

Got a few bird shots yesterday morning (the hummingbird done before but processed just yesterday).

Entry #1 Car doors.

Went for a 6 Hrs drive to get to a special scrap yard yesterday. I took the D810 with the 16-35, 24-120 and 70-200 F4. The 70-200 never left the bag...

The fly. It's not the most beautiful thing to see up close, but it gives us another point of view of the so annoying thing.
