Re: spiders I came across this psychedelic Jumping Spider yesterday. He was very jumpy, as the green ants were chasing him. He already had 2 legs missing, so no wonder he was nervous. I managed to get these shots in about 30 seconds, then he was gone.

I have put off picking one of my shots for long enough. There are others that might have been better shots, but I always seem to have another look when I go past this one.

These next lot are on the upstream side of my house. I will have to get a CP filter or an ND for my 16-85 to slow the shutter a bit more. Or maybe thats slow enough, what do you think ? I can't believe it, I forgot to turn the VR off for these shots :o

The Flame Lily has aged, a lot more red now, I have taken another photo before its too late. There are 2 new buds just above this one, so there are still more to come.
