Finally well enough to take the D7000 out for a few minutes and spotted a lily at the apartment building next door. After using the D7000 I pulled out the cellphone just to get a comparative shot and then edited both photos approx. the same. Hmmm----- Comments anyone.

Still unable to get out with the D7000, but had to go to store for another prescription and spotted a display of flowers on sidewalk still wet from brief shower. Think this shot is a little better.

I love trees and all their diverse parts and find tree bark to be very interesting. The character of the tree is written on the bark.

Hard week, cold and rainy, and still sick with the flu. Could not get out to take photos until this afternoon when I forced myself to take a walk and look for signs of Spring. It was a warm day today and finally small indications of Spring, robins and early flowers are beginning to appear.

Trapped inside last 2 days with terrible flu. So cast around the apartment and came up with this. Solid Honduras mahogany clock with open lower case. I built around 20 years ago.

Craigslist pittsburgh has a posting for a D700 for $300. Suppose to need repair to it's card carrier which is suppose to cost $250. Any thoughts on this.
