15th Sept 2014 a few for today, one of my wife's lilies for our 13th anniversary this week, a hawk struggling with the heat, it was at 105 when i took this, and i think i had to go to iso 1250 and 1/20 to get a shot, some of the clouds when the sunset.

thats me up to date again, a busy weekend, also done a Taekwondo shoot (birthday party) on Sat night. I entered this pic in our local newspaper for a photo of the month comp, looks like i have won. i hope/wish the prize is a D4 or something. lol

14th Sept 2014 i went to lake skinner on my own, Rebecca wasn't to happy i sneaked out without her, i wanted to go a good 4 hour walk and she complains too much.

13th Sept 2014 i hope that is a young dove with its feathers just growing, a line of Starlings, a hawk and killdeer

12th Sept 2014 not much today, i had to be a photog at Rebecca's school, got a nice photographers pass/badge helping out for them to form a yearbook, so i can only post pics of Rebecca.

11th Sept 2014 not much today, got out too late, got a kestrel but the sun was hitting it on one side and i was at the other, couldn't pull the shadows of enough :apologetic: took these sitting outside Rebecca's Tudors house, glad i did.

i had just about given up finding the owl, but man was he in a hard spot to take

9th Sept 2014 a few dragonflies and i watched this dude on his board, tried this jump about 12 times and landed on his back each time, i would have given up after two.

8th Sept 2014 todays offerings, another Hawk as soon as i took this, another came by and feed it, all while i was looking in my view finder i played with it to enhance the rays plenty of clouds but no rain. just rising over the mountains

he was watching something, never did leave his perch down for a drink, this one was on the opposite side of the lake sunbathing a crayfish, the guys where going to take it home for their fish tank????
