a view on the top of big bear, lots of hawks on the ground, didnt see them eating at anything?

my fav bird atm, a male Kestrel, is this a Downey woodpecker? and my first sighting of a drangonfly, summer must be coming

1st one is a Northern Harrier, just to far away, a view from up the hill we climbed, a hawk flying above us and a pair of egrets

25th Jan 2015 I went to San Jacinto wild life preserve today, going back here, spotted lots of new birds for me, supposed to be a golden eagle flying about earlier, even climb one of the hills with Rebecca, totally knackered when we got 3/4 up. any one identifies the birds i would be happy...

i went out and tried to shot the stars again, a little better than my last attempt? i really need to practice manual focusing again Orion is the main set of stars here, just pp a little different.
