1st one is a Northern Harrier, just to far away, a view from up the hill we climbed, a hawk flying above us and a pair of egrets

I really love the first shot soaring with the backdrop! Cool beans!

a wet day here in Sunny So Cal, straight home then straight out, the was all i could do,

i would have liked more time with these, even get my tripod out to shoot them, next time

You did really well with that water drop on the end of the grass Roy. Got the refracted image really in focus

thanks vixen, as i said i would like to have spent a little set up time, these were branch cuttings that i put in the trash can, maybe need to take a spray bottle of water to one of the bushes and play better, i want to see how close/large i can get?

I tried the spray bottle trick and couldn't get drops anywhere near as good as nature makes them. Have you ever checked out the thousands of water drop shots on Pixoto? Some people are positive whizzes at it
