lots of (young?) hummers around the bottlebrush tree, one was trying to land on my lens hood, if i hadn't of lifted the camera to shoot at him he may have settled there??

must be an air show coming up?

26th April 2016. i put David in the stroller and took a walk around the neighborhood. the first one looks like its seen better days, the second one was pretty large.

Week 17, Mandarin duck. just to much color in this not to post it up.

not a great shot of the Plainopepia, but at least i know where they are hanging out, i liked the male flying with the black and white wings. One of the birders told me what they where.

a spotted towhee, still not great shots but better than last weeks

i picked the eagle up a little late, wish i had of seen it coming at me.

i think this is an Eared Grebe.

v i had to back up for this, i did offer it my finger, but touch me a flew off, usually dont get that close.

one of the baby red tails poked his head up long enough for a shot.
