Well, from what I read when looking for some info on this entry, it isn't always a terribly accurate number. You might try looking at the details in properties and see if this data correlates with known focus distances.

I don't believe you can put a time stamp on the photo with the Z5, but the time and date are contained in the EXIF data that is contained in the file.
