Yeah its a lightroom stuff up, I used my D800E along with my Venus 60mm 2:1 macro with DCR-250 at f/11 S/S 1/100 ISO 100

As for getting that close some bugs allow you to get close.

Oh

Had to google up "DCR-250" - may have to look into one of those - amazing.

I have a 105mm and 60mm macro - both Nikkors
Recently picked up some Kenko tubes.
And I have some ancient 52mm magnifying glass filters that fit the 105mm.

Starting to 'get into" this up close and personal macro photography.

As my wife would say, my 'sub-hobby de jour'.

tiny bug DSC_2250 -2.jpgDSC_2232-garden 2015 -0001-2015-07-23T20_36_02.jpg

My wife comes in with this tiny tiny bug and says - so can you photograph this?
Lots of shots - these are the best - maybe I should have added another extension tube (used the 36+12) and did not screw on the magnifying filters.
It was also fun because we were both moving - I used the on-board flash too.
