Don't I know it, been following mobile tech for several years. Apple are experts at that.
It's like they say though, if you keep waiting for something better you'll never stop waiting. I'm 99% sure I'm getting this camera. It'll be like replacing a PT Cruiser with a Lamborghini.
Agreed. While I'd like 8 or 10 fps, I've pretty much convinced myself that this is worth he extra money over the 7100 (either one would be a Lamborghini compared to my D70).

It fixes the main issue the D7100 had and adds some new stuff, all of which are welcome to me (except the NFC). I see no reason not to get it but I'm still waiting for reviews.

I would just buy the D7100 and get it over with.....you'll be happy with it as it's a great camera!
If your talking to me my friend, I'm not interested in the D7xxx series. I'm just curious is all!

The current pre camera in there hands reviews are confusing.
Some say new sensor some say not
Some say the new focusing set up will improve it across the board some say only take it into lower light
Some say the exeed 4 will give two stops on ISO improvement some say no
If all three are yes i will be very tempted
