I tried to reply with a quote but wanted to acknowledge all here...... I so appreciate the friendly encouragement and advice! I feel like an artist behind my little Nikon and like an artist, I think some things are innate and the technique comes after. So with that said... I'll continue as best as I can to learn and am really proud to be among you all! And Essence.... that's where I'm at now, taking it out of P and into M'aster! Thanks for allowing me to bug you with questions!

Oh, check out some of the images in my galleries on my website. Because I shoot architecture and cityscape images I do a lot of shooting during the blue hours.

You are an artist (the pics you've posted prove it!) and remember that equipment does not a photographer make. In my opinion, you are so much better off starting with art and vision . . . I think that's what's important. Learning the technique will help you achieve your artistic vision.
