Fantastic stuff sir...

Did you use the D7000 a bunch on your trip? I am going to Belize and Honduras in July next year and beginning to think about what I want to do photograph wise...

Yes, I had brought the D7000 with 35 1.8, 17-55 2.8 and 70-300 4.5-5.6 VRII. I used mostly the 17-55 except for a few bird shots the 70-300. I only wish I had bumped my iso a little higher for the outing in the woods with the Chaman because there are quite a few shots where the children were too fast for my slow shutter speed.

Taken at the Coba mayan historical site. There were taxi bikes for rent and I caught this while walking to get to the pyramid.

Two more shots from Mexico. I'll eventually run out of them and will have to start shooting soon… :)

Thanks Pete, the other thing I see (after the fact though) is that the Ferris wheel in motion with the X-mas tree looks like a grinding wheel and the tree lights are the sparks. Just like if I was to grind the star.

This afternoon's customer was not too concerned about having me take her picture for my piano people project. Not much light, but the D700 came to the rescue.

I love your "Canadian reality" landscapes, Marcel. Very lovely.

Everything about the last portrait shot is perfect!

Thanks Helene, sometimes less light makes better lighting. It was soft and softly pleasing for skin tones. But this manual 55 1.2 is special, at 1.4 it's just the right softness for portraits. My 50 1.8 AF doesn't do this kind of shots...

Nice couple I have been seeing every year for quite a while. One of their sons had a comedy series on American TV for years.

One more for today. Crappy day weather wise up here. Just dull grey and dark. 0 contrast.
