I'm afraid my sauce isn't as exotic as all that. It is pretty simple and very inspired by the recipe on this page Pepper Joe's Organic Homemade Hot Sauce Recipes

I didn't add white pepper, but gave it a good pour of Jack Daniels' for a twist.

I have found way more sophisticated recipes out there, but as it really is the chilies you want to taste, I think a simple recipe is probably the better choice :)

Thanks for that! I will definitely give this a try. Interesting that there's carrot in this. Like you, I find simple is often better as well.

A lot of the habanero sauces I have found actually has carrot in their recipe. It's supposed to both take a little out of the kick from it, but also supplement very fruity taste of the pepper :)

Hahaha. I don't have a garage floor to clean. But if I need to clean the plumbing of my kitchen sink, I know I have the stuff :D

Day 190
Do you know that feeling, when you take some pictures and you just create pure art? Then when you wake up the next morning you suddenly realize that you had have a beer or two, and sure enough, when you look at the pictures, they are just boring and poorly composed snapshots...
I might just have had that experience ;)

Exaxtly, Vixen. I have a couple of rolls of film lying around. They are more or less the only film I ever shot and were for the most part shot when I came home one very early morning, and decided to go make art in the first rays of sun that day. I have had them lying around for some years now, and simply haven't bothered to get them developed, since they are probably VERY heavy on the beer goggle scale :D
Maybe it's about time to bring them out and see what greatness I have created...
