Looks dull compared to the others...

I tend to agree.

What about this version with the greens increased a bit ?

Thoughts about this? Its from a screen shot of yours so quality is low.

I am looking at my screen at work at the moment, so everything looks a bit low quality.
I like what you have done with the water, but I think I like the trees and rocks in my version in post #161 . Will have another look on the mac screen tonight.

Love seeing your photos. Your slice of paradise is easily my slice of paradise too. And I tell ya what. As I sit idling my truck in freezing temps waiting on my GF to get off work. I think giving up snow for your slice of paradise ain't so bad.

Hey Doug, I typed my comment about the snow with my tongue in my cheek, I should have used one of the smilies.

But that said, there are many over here that pay big dollars to holiday in the snow.

Where ya been hiding Brad? I am needing a wallaby fix. Got withdrawals bad buddy.

Hi Doug, sorry mate, but my work has been running me ragged since before Christmas, not sure when things will let up either :(.

I am at home at the moment so I'll see what I can do about the Wallaby fix. Just give me a few minutes. :p

Well I could normally bet the house that there would be half a dozen Wallabies on my lawn. Today, they are a bit scarce, could be something to do with the Cyclone heading our way, maybe they know something.

Here are some shots I took while looking for a Wallaby to shoot.

One of my Chooks.

I'm missing my macro and Wallaby shots too Doug, thanks for the concern.

I have only turned one pen since before Christmas, it was for a rush order for one of my regulars. And I sold one of my Paua shell pens last week, you wouldn't believe it, its on its way to NZ, for a going away present. Hopefully I will get news that it has arrived soon, it will put my mind at rest when it arrives.

I have a couple of other orders for pens that I really have to get started, I hate having to put them off because I can't find the spare time to get them started.

Thanks Lawrence, yes we are lucky here to have such diverse wildlife, you will have to come over to the mainland for a holiday ;).
