If it's Friday, it's Photography class. 20 degree weather, and not dressed for going outside, 4 of my intrepid students wanted to go outside and take photos. It was a beautiful afternoon, sunshine, blue sky, and no wind. This was my contribution:

I like it. I also think is is great that these students get a chance to learn photography. What age group are they?
They are 15 - 16. I had to chuckle to myself about one student. She was saying how she likes nature and rural scenes. Our campus in right in a residential neighborhood and an old military depot. She didn't think that icicles and snow on trees was nature.Oh, well...

I was sitting, looking at my spinning wheel and liked how the drive band was just draped there.

I like it. Is this a working wheel?
I feel your pain. We are having a heat wave with 7 tonight and -1 tomorrow night. Biggest threat is a possible nor'easter Wed night. Still waiting for final forecast but could be anywhere from 2 to 12 inches depending on final storm track.

I had to run out this evening and had fun with street lights. I was sitting at a red light when I took this one. My Nikkor 35mm f/1.4 IA lens (pre-autofocus) is perfect for this. I do love that lens but don't use it as much as I should.

I like it. And we had better not catch you in the red light district.
HaHa! Don't worry, you won't.![]()
