Yeah you do see some noise in the piano, what if you just increase the blacks a little, might make it less visable. It looks fine though as what catches your eye is the 2 smiling faces, not the slight noise in the background. imo

July 19th, without my computer and CS6, I processed this shot with plain Viewer on Line's computer.

When I get home and process my jumper picture, I'll probably enter it as my first shot for the "summer time" assignment. :) I just thought of it.

Not very interesting photographically speaking, but I'm having concrete poured in my basement so this is what seems to be the almost final episode with my basement… at last. Here is Christian with the machine to level it. It should be dry by tomorrow I hope.

July 27th. Beach day. It is only a 3.5 Hrs drive from home to the beach in Maine. Ah, the sound of waves...

I treated this shot to give it a look of good old times when ektachrome could get a little washed out with over exposure.

Old Orchard Beach but on the Scarborough side where it's a lot quieter. We just did the one annual day trip and were back last night. Nice drive and super nice day at the beach.

August 3rd, I had time to shoot a few today. D700, sigma 105 2.8 macro.

This one's not too sharp but the interest is that I realized later that the poor bee was being eaten by a small white spider.
