We missed that when we were up there earlier this year. We did go to the aquarium though. It is as good an aquarium as I have seen. that really surprised me that Ripley's would have that there.

These look great. I just noticed that they were shot with the 18.0-105.0 mm f/3.5-5.6. I have that lens coming in later this week. Have you been happy with this lens? Anything I need to watch out for?
Absolutely love this lens! You will get some barrel distortion at 18mm. But other than that it is great. And lightroom is a one click fix for this lens.

Nice vacation pics, of course I'm a little biased. I LOVE my mountains! I live in Asheville, just on the other side of the Smokey Mountains from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. We have season passes to Dollywood but I haven't been since getting my camera. I need to find an excuse to head over there so we can come back 441 into NC and get me some amazing landscape shots!
Just looked through your entire thread, some gorgeous shots! I took my very first flower pics today after work, will probably post them tomorrow. Right now, I'm just snapping what I see, haven't started any processing yet. Anyway, hope you had a blast in my neck of the woods! Can't wait to see more.
