What do you think?

Much Better, she looks very natural now! I think this is a better pose and crop, I would just give a bit more room around her hair and top of head. Nice work!

Thank you guys! Here is what I believe I am struggling with. My images are soft in the eyes prior to PP and then I am over compensating in PP. So how can I get sharper images to start? Here is how I am shooting: Natural light in afternoon shade, D5100 with a 70-300mm VR lens shooting about f6.3 at 1/60 to 1/100 sec. Focusing set on single point, single servo. Lock focus on the eye, recompose and shoot. What can I do better with the equipment I have to get sharper images pre PP? At this point I need to refine my techniques with the camera so less PP is needed. Thanks for the help in advance....

Actually, Rick, I like the sharpening you did on the eyes in PP. You brought out the catchlights and whites of her eyes very nicely. The only thing "wrong" is the white area is too large. Remember that the eyeball is a sphere and the whiteness needs to fade a tad as you hit the inner and outer corners. If you have it all the same brightness, the eyeball looks flat.
