1045 hrs. Just finished making "Sarso ka Sag" - vegetable dish made from Mustard, Spinach and Radish leaves. I usually buy them in bulk, pressure cook the leaves and stalks and then grind them in a mixer. The resultant paste; around 4 liters from 4 kg leaves) goes into my freezer in 1/2 liter containers. When ever I need to I take a container and make the vegetable - onions, ginger, garlic, asaf0etida cooked in mustard oil, then add tomato and the paste.

In less than 24 hrs I will be heading off on a photographic workshop for 10 days in the Kimberley's (north west Australia) with ken Duncan; one of Australia's best landscape photographer. And dragging my old man with me.
To say I am a little excited would be an understatement 😁😁

You lucky bugger, I am planning or thinking of planning a trip soon. But a question are all the roads open? Like Gibb River? As I know most our roads are still closed.

We are going on the True North ( the ship) and helicopter in to locations or on small boats.
But seeing that area either way would be awesome.

It's 05.30 and an hour left of my night shift. Back at work again this aternoon at 14.30.
Even worse I can see a stunning sunrise outside on the CCTV camera that I am missing the opportunity to photograph :(

Had lunch a couple of hours ago. Took some photographs with the D3300. First time I have taken photos of food, as it is normally the prerogative of my cell phone.

Sitting at my desk, two weeks after I resigned. Just "bought" and configured Nikonites contributor changes, thinking about lunch, bored out of my mind, might go for a wander with my camera.
