Thanks Vixen, I walked past the truck and my eye caught the look of the broken windshield in the late evening light. I thought it would be a good shot. It is pretty much OOTC too.
Thanks Marilynne, I didn't realize earlier in the week that I would have such good shots of the old cars, and trucks. I already posted my Mustang as entry for this week.

Wendy, you have quite a talent for close up details. I am very impressed, those old truck shots are fantastic!
Wow, Thanks Wreckdiver, I really appreciate the compliment. I got my 60mm macro for last Christmas, and have loved learning how to get good shots with it. Macro shots are definitely my favorite.
Thanks Lawerence, I got a lot of shots of the cars but the sun went down too fast to get everything that I wanted, I will go back sometime. Yes, you will love having a macro lens, it is absolutely my favorite.
Day 229/365 It was getting late and I hadn't gotten my shot for the day, so I went out to the pond just as the sun was setting. I got some nice shots....... BUT..... As I got back to my car (Sally the Mustang) I noticed that the door to her gas tank was open, and there was a puddle of fuel on the ground right under the tank. !!!!! I was soooo upset that someone would be stealing gas from my car while I was so close, but preoccupied with my photography. I looked around and saw a couple that looked very suspicious and were just standing around. I got a little freaked out, so I got in the car and left. I am afraid to go to the pond now, and it is a great place for sunset shots
Roy, do you mean the gas thieves? Yep, there was a puddle of gas on the ground where I'm sure the pulled out the hose and ran, when the saw me walking back. I'm freaked out though because the pond is close to my house and Sally is a very distinctive car. So I am afraid that they will target Sally
