OK,,,, I am hammered.

Spent all day Friday and Saturday shooting pictures at a motorcycle hillclimb :cool:

Have 891 pictures to sort through and so far have whittled that down to 489 really good shots.

The smaller picture is a crop of the full sized picture and shows the riders eyes while he is cooking on full adrenaline riding WFO on a 100% nitro open class hillclimber. :cool:

Looks fairly calm to me --- I would be showing more of an exagerated wild eyed look of terror. :)

It's funny how you can't show in a photography what you can perceive in real life: the detail and the context.

Some great pictures in this thread!

Ken nice motorcycle rider shot...I couldn't help but do some fast calculations...891 pics is basically equivalent to shooting $300 bucks worth of film and processing! Even an expensive dslr would pay for itself fast at that rate! :)

I asked my beagle to look at Helene's little pup. I then asked her if we had a chance to improve on Helene's shot? Your looking at her answer :D
