huh, this looks much darker. Could that be from the ViewNX2 convert?

I never noticed View NX2 make a picture darker going form NEF to Tiff. The exposure might not have been long enough or the ISO might not have been high enoughFew reasons for it to be dark, doubt it is the software.

How bright do you have to be to be a bird?

Bright enough to poop while flying at 500 feet through a cloud and hit my windshield without looking down, knowing full well I'm out of washer fluid. That's pretty dam smart!
