RIP :(
Pentax has a forum? I bet it comes in large font.
Now THAT is funny. Wonder if the Canon shooters would "get" that.

Oh... Right! My uh... My "sense of humor".I have to admit it's taken me a little while to "read" you and your sense of humor . . . I have to admit that I like you ("kind of" . . . don't want to get mushy here or for you to get a "big head")
LOL! Canon shooters can't read!!!Now THAT is funny. Wonder if the Canon shooters would "get" that.
You'll have a hard time with me. Good luck..
I do my best to offend everyone here equally.
If I have not yet offended you, personally, please be patient.

I read through all the responses to your critique post. No one was rude to you, but simply requested that you post more info and suggested you read the rules. If you had done that, you would then have understood WHY you should post only one photo, and WHY it should be your best work. Instead, you chose to ignore the requests, which is rude in itself, and then post this tacky comment of how we're "mean."
Don't fault others for your shortcomings. . . it's called growing up.
I dont believe this is an appropriate response from a moderator. Calling someone "rude" and "tacky" while telling them to "grow up" might be an accurate assessment but I would prefer moderators remain a little more professional and give constructive advice such as Don did when he replied. Leave the name calling to the ones who haven't earned/chosen to be the role models for the rest of us.
Sorry to call this out but this is the type of stuff I am talking about- I agree here that there are better ways to handle stuff and write things.. I did not come to the board and yell at people or spam the board- Jsut wanted to get some information. I don't have the time to search thru every post that is out there to find if my specific question has been asked before- I thought that was the point of having a forum- one could ask questions whatever it may be.
If you think we should have to read thru every previous post before making a post that could be similar to an old one then maybe you should make that a rule...
I also did not realize I was not allowed to make a mistake- As I stated in that post I posted the wrong picture and was trying to fix...
Simply put the way I see it on a forum (which is the same as a message board by the way) is a medium for open discussion or voicing of ideas. At the same time I feel I should be able to ask a question and if somebody wants to respond to that question then great. IF you don't want to respond that is your choice. If you don't have anything constructive to add then don't respond. If you feel like I could have found the answer elsewhere or that I did not follow a rule then don't answer- not sure why some people feel the need to be rude- I guess being rude is just eaiser for some people... Not sure why that is- maybe it is a defense mechanism of some sort - maybe it is bad history (like somebody that was picked on when they were younger) I don't know.
All I am saying is that those who are rude or who think they are better than everybody else should really jsut slow down and think about what they are saying and how they are saying it. You could really learn from takign that pause and reflecting - you might come out a better person.
