Thanks Roy I quit Cocaine years ago and was easier then quitting smokes but I've cut way down and hope to be smoke free in 2 weeks

I agree Kevin. I dipped for darn near 25 years.....would wake up with stains all over my pillow from going to bed with it in my mouth. I grabbed that can the minute I woke up in the morning. I lost at least one tooth over it. I am happy to say that I have not dipped for 2 years now. Nicotine is a helluva drug, but it can be beat. Do yourselves a favor, change up the routine, and just do it brother! Sermon over LOL!!!
