I've owned my D3100, which is my first DSLR, for almost 4 months now. I can't believe how much I've bought so far. This is worse then my watch collecting! Somebody help me! This picture doesn't include the filters, wide angle and tele converter lenses, the packs, the batteries, and the stuff I already upgraded. Lord, do I love this.

Welcome to the club. You should have stayed with golf or tennis. I heard collecting stamps is cheaper!

Think of it this way. It is cheaper than collecting hand guns or riffles. ;)

That's very true. I used to collect long guns. Got out of that years ago.

I guess I am lucky in the fact that I only have to justify each purchase to myself lol. But yes I have a nice collection of camera gear, and it keeps on building.

Isn't it time you changed to full frame? Either the D800E or D800? Of course, you'll need a ton of new glass for the FX format...

Does that help?
