Well at least that's one thing you and Anthony have in common! LOL!!
I guess mansurov should have defined what he meant by "best" DX camera. The well established facts are that if you are talking about buffer size, AF performance and ergonomics (personal opinion on that one) - then yes, the D300/s is superior to the D7000. However if we're talking high ISO performance, dynamic range and overall image quality then the nod would go to the D7000.
People get a bit uptight about camera comparisons (not saying you are!

) but frankly the D300/s and D7000 are all great cameras and no matter which one a person uses they won't be disappointed. What a person values most to them will be what counts so there is no absolute choice between those cameras - as with most things in life "it depends". If a person needs faster and slightly more accurate AF with better buffer performance, then the D300/s is the way to go - otherwise there really isn't a compelling reason (in my opinion) to choose it over the D7000. YMMV.
PS. I really enjoyed looking at the many shots you have of cars drag racing on your site! Excellent.
