I went out to San Jacinto mid day, now I know why I go early mornings, it was hot.

the dragonfly was sitting on top of the reed, the fly below it, only not at the same time. lol, both heavy cropped.

for some unknown reason I managed to switch OFF my VR after the egret shots:mad::confused: just in time for this. Luckily I stopped the car and turned the engine off.

look at his eye in the last one, do they have double eye lids?? sitting about 30ft from him.

well that's Feb in the books, 2 down and 10 to go.

I had to go down to 1/60 (hand held) to get this, at least I managed to keep the VR on this time.
