there were lots of dead fish floating and some kicking ready to die, i stopped a park ranger and asked what happened, he told me they had dumped in algae cleaning stuff and that was the result.
left Yorba and drove a few more mins north west to Fullerton Arb, hoping to catch @wev, i spotted his car in the car park, drove around to park near him and he reversed out, i flashed the lights and blasted the horn but he drove on and left me. lol.
