i spotted the Kites just as i was about to leave the kestrel, these things must wait for the shadows to appear before they come out, i will be keeping an eye out for them now, the last sun rays hitting on big bear

went out to Lake Skinner this morning, what a gray day to say the least, the sigma doesn't work to well in dim light, got to the lake at 7:30 it was 46 F, i am in my shorts and tee shirt, of course it cleared up as i left. Should have known from my first two shots.....
