Have you noticed how wildlife (birds especially it seems) disappear as soon as you point anything at them, be it a camera, a stick, your finger or a gun

Sadly, I usually have the dog with me. Say no more!!

Almost. I got my check today. It'll probably require a three day hold. By mid next week I'll have my beast. Man, Am I ready!

Yes I did. Plus I'm getting a book with it to help me understand the settings as well. I'm pretty amazed at all the things this camera can do. I'm hearing good things with the 18-140 I'm getting with it as well.

i went to meet Tom G at his sons football practice to lend him a lens to test

there must have been 30 nests along the side of the wall, these are some of them.

looks like one beside this has falling off? you can see the mark where it was

been a while since i tried a moon shot, it was still light and this was hand held.

Sorry its a moon again, Rebecca was testing and i took a video of it in case she needed to improve on anything, got out at 8:30 took her to in n out for a bite to eat and this was all i could do, better pictures tomorrow.

i tried to catch the plane as it flew by the plough, can remember whats its called here, it was taken with my 50-500 sigma lol
