May 6th.....

Busy but good day at work... I got out to take some shots and 2 did not come out as well as intended and I could not get a good shot of the Heron in flight for the trees...

Here is what I did get...

Test arms used for inspection of a Jet part.

I love the yellow flower Pat. Is that an orchid? Like the Robin too. He seems to have attitude.

Thanks! I am not sure Ron, it is not an orchid, I think maybe a Forsythia... it is a yellow flowering bush, as I was leaving, I saw bee's and also that it had what looked like green leaves that turned into the flowrs... May go back tomorrow and get a couple more shots....

There were 3 robins scavenging for food... this was the only one to come out of the brush far enough!

Tomorrow is Friday, TGIF really applies this week! Motorcycles are home, mounting a GPS on the Wing tomorrow and heading out to a gathering in MA on Saturday..

Here are today's pictures...

1st pair of shots is at work, parts removed from a tool for maintenance.

went by the RC field, only one pilot and he had just landed his plane and was leaving...

A the Pond (Horseshoe Pond) we have the Swan.....

and one of the turtles.......

These buds were also there....

The robin was in my yard ... shot from my deck...

And Herbie, my American Eskimo.....

May 9th (Yesterday)

It was nice to see Friday!!

Work was slow as in bored... Here is what I took yesterday..

These were all taken down at Horseshoe Pond..

I missed 2 opportunities to catch the Heron in flight...
The swans were back at the nest and one came out just
as I was leaving but too far away.

May 10th - It is an exciting day! Gone a valid offer on the house... a little low but well worth a counter. Hope to process that later tonight!

Pictures... It rained all morning but I had to leave for a showing so I shot these while I was out...

The next 5 were at McQuesten Farm in Litchfield NH (I was partial to the goat shot)

Flowers were at Wilson Farm in Litchfield also

WE HAVE A HOUSE CONTRACT!

It is what we wanted to get and they are flexible so we have set closing after for after my retirement 7/11. (Retire 7/3) If there are no glitches, we will be on the road to Savannah on July 12th!

Not yet Michael.... I have picked 11 out of the hundred plus we have looked at... My agent in GA is looking into those and in a few weeks, we will schedule a flight down to see them in person.
