Robin, do you know if you click on Insert Multiple, then Select All, then Full Image, all of your images will be large and not thumbnails.

I did the last one for you and messed it up. Sorry! Didn't notice you had duplicate images.

So Andy and I went to Goose Pond IN to try and get some photos of Sandhills, Whooping cranes, eagles, Rough Legged Hawks, Harriers, Short Eared Owls and all kinds of ducks. We went at the end of Feb., and unfortunately for us it had been in the 20's all week and everything was frozen and the birds don't like that. Therefore the mass quantities of birds that are normally there were gone. We did however, have more luck at the nearby Bear Coal Mine. We were still able to get some pictures of Short Eared Owls, harriers and Rough Legged Hawks and even one coyote and one skunk. The skunk we purposely kept at a great distance. We also had about 5 Sandhills cranes that hung around our cabin that sat in the middle of a corn field.

We caught a female harrier trying to steal a vole from a short eared owl. And unfortunately for both birds and probably the vole too the owl dropped the vole and neither bird was able to retrieve the vole.

The first photo is of some Ring-necked ducks and the second one is of some Mallards. They were coming up out of a corn field near the coal mines.

A while back I went to New Mexico to visit my sister. She lives out near El Malpais National Park. ( https://www.nps.gov/elma/index.htm) Which is a place that people from all over the world travel to take pictures of the stars. I have never had much luck taking pictures of the stars. I did try to take some photos, with encouragement from several of you. Mind you I only had my Nikon D850, a tripod and a shutter release. This is what I think was my best photo. It is of Orion and part of Tarus. I also don't know my stars very well. Feel free to tell me how to have made it better.
