I changed some of the export settings and cropped in a little closer. Hopefully, it will make a difference.

The original photo straight out of camera before I even load it into lightroom is probably one of the sharpest photos I have ever taken. When I process my photos I off load my camera to my computer then cull the photos using Fastone. Then I upload to lightroom and make adjustments, then if needed I take them to Denoise AI, then normally I would export them with no problem. Now I am trying Steve Perry's Action to resize the ones I like a lot, but this photo looks nothing like what I am seeing on my screen. I can see every detail on this bird. None of the feathers look like they are melted together or blurry in the least. In answer to your question, after I export it, it looks the same on my computer as the one I uploaded to our site. Maybe I will review our size settings for this site. Maybe some how I have accidentally changed the export size and am using the incorrect size.

Guidelines to adding a photo to your post.

1. Resize photo to 1000px on the long side.
2. Resolution set to 72ppi (Pixels Per Inch)

These guidelines will be good for viewing on a computer but will not be good for printing. This will help safeguard your copyright.

I caught this bluebird and his family diving from low tree limbs into some dewy grass for their breakfast. I see them there quite often so it must be a good spot. This is the first time they allowed me to get close enough to catch a few pictures of them dining. They must have been pretty hungry.

I just got a new, to me, Nikon D850 and here are a few of my first pictures. I am pleased so far. I didn't expect it to handle the ISO better than my D500. These are taken in bad lighting conditions and it did pretty good.

I went to Madison, IN last week and took this shot of the River City Printing's hydroplane that will be racing in next year's Madison Regatta. I guess I should have waited to go until this week so I could enter it in the Travel contest.

Every year my cousin and I make stockings for St. Joseph's. This is this years stockings and will be delivered hopefully this week. We always take the picture from the backside of the stockings since we are not allowed to show the children's names, for their protection. If you would like to donate a stocking stuffer you can at this Amazon link and any items purchased will be delivered straight to St. Joseph's for the stockings. Thanks!

Take a tour of Lights Under Louisville. All pictures were taken from a moving car. Lights Under Louisville is a seasonal event that takes place in Louisville Mega Cavern, With over 100 acres of subterranean space, the caverns were once a working limestone mine. Now, they cater to thrill-seekers, families, and history buffs alike with an array of available year-round activities, including zip-lines, tours, and a tram.
