This was the only guy out there today. Guess Father's Day kept every one away. No, boats, cars or helicopters. Tried to get some shots in the air, but the Coolpix S3100 is not like my D5100!!

After take off he went up in to the clouds and didn't seem to do any thing else. He landed on the grass and flipped.

Futura - this one was way fast. Most of the shots were the headless. When I tried to compensate, I just got the head and not the whole thing.

I was waiting for him to crash. It was pretty windy and he got real close to the ground.

We couldn't hang around any longer, clouds started to get darker and we had a 6 mile pedal home.

Actually, we checked out the R/C helicopters before the planes.

When we arrived we could see this guy was wandering around the end of the runway near the lake and canal - he lost his canopy. He never found it.
