I like the first one allot, the second seems a tad out of focus, did you do any PP to sharpen it? The longer exposures are helping. What were your aperature settings?
i kept the apeture at 1.4 as for the second shot i wasnt stable. i did sharpen a little on both but nothing else on church. thats just it i really dont see the out of focus till i get home and with the lighting on the church it was hard to focus. no worries just do it again.
You're not gonna get much DOF at 1.4, you'll never get the entire subject in focus at your range. A subject which is close and essentially falling away from you due to height will need more DOF.
well day 9 is for rick(cnyram) this is at s1/1.6 f11 braced on the counter.Other than sharpening this photo has no other PP. i have been trying to capture the same lighting and view as we would see with our eyes. thanks for the tip rick.
day 10
i was going to show you a shot of all the cupcakes i got as one of my gifts on my route. all that is left is this carrot cake one. the other 2 were a red velvet and a dark chocolate hostess cupcake looking one.those were much larger then this one.
