Day 303
Nothing "Classic"

Just enough time for a quick shot of a quick dinner. Late night and early start. Personal things have me up at 4am and on the road by 5am on Wednesday after getting home from work at 7:30. Not too much time for anything tonight.

Day 306
Welcome Home Tyler

My youngest stepson made his older brother a welcome home Pumpkin. My our stepson just spent the last three day in the Hospital and we were able to bring him home tonight.

What started out to be an early morning outpatient procedure turn into two minor surgery's and a three day Hospital stay for him. (He was told he could go trick or treating Wed night if he felt good, to say he was bummed is an understatement)

Now, he's up and walking around playing Xbox and driving us crazy already, like nothing ever happened, and is cleared to go back to school on Monday

The rest of us are dead on our feet. Mom stayed at the Hospital with him, while I went to work and commuted 60 miles a day back and forth to the Hospital. His younger bother was shuttled back and forth from places and like me is tired of driving in the car.

Happy to hear he is doing well!

Here is my unedited RAW file from the shot.

The bears are about 2 feet away from the back of the board

Elmer's Black Foam Board 20" x 30" for the Office or School

RAW file edited in Lightroom 4, contrast & Black levels were incresed from the start to make the black look black, it likes to turn to the blue side when doing normal color adjustment because it is not a true black, and leans toward the gray / blue side.

It quick and easy to set up. If you want to do it right go out and find a roll or some colored paper and make a slope or a "U" shape out of it, it will make for a much smoother transition.

The boards create a right angle were they meet and need to be blended in by darkening or in the case when I shot on white edited out in Photoshop.

I am NOT using the right materials for this but till I can remember to pick up some colored paper this works for me.

My resources are limited because I live out in the country and I tend to forget paper when we drive to one of the big cities around us.
